5 star experience staying at this location. I will stay here again when I return to Cortina. Anything in the room that we had a question about or needed help with, the hotel staff responded immediately. We stayed here for 5 nights and upgraded to a suite with a balcony view of Tofana so that we had more room to spread out. Even though there was a busy street below it was very quiet and comfortable. The breakfast, which was actually served in the Grand Savoia Hotel across the street was out of this world! Anything you could desire for breakfast (and then some) was available for you. We also used the pool/spa a couple of late afternoons for apres ski and it was so well maintained and clean; it was just the relaxation we needed after skiing hard the entire morning. We did not end up using the ski room for our gear because we rented a locker on the mountain, but this was a very nice bonus and the city ski bus stops right in front of the hotel multiple times of day, which made getting to the mountain very easy. It's been 9 months since we stayed there and yet I find myself daydreaming of returning. It was truly one of the nicest hotel stays I have ever had.

While the staff was great and very accommodating, don’t let them place you in a Mountain View room. As most places in Italy, they don’t have air conditioning. So that means you have to keep your windows/doors wide open when it’s hot out. The Mountain View rooms sit right above a very busy street and you will be awakened all through the night to road noise.

Amazing experience all around for my family of 4. It was such a well kept and comfortable apartment that we didn’t want it leave. Including a fully stocked kitchen and coffee/tea. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Near everything in Cortina. Would highly recommend!

Best part of our stay was the incredible staff! I have never received such incredible customer service ! Our room was always tidied up and even our messy clothes piles from our teenagers were organized. Incredible service, nice room and great location. Only negative was the pull out coach is not good for adults as my back hurt. Save it for the kids! Excellent hotel and above expectations.

The hotel is expensive for what it offers. The entire wellness is across the street and you have to pay to use the gym even if u are not using the sauna facilities. Too expensive for what it offers. An average hotel at best

Radisson Residences Savoia Palace was our home base for the Lavaredo Ultra Trail in June 2022. The location was perfect - we were a 4-minute walk from the start line which means we were out of earshot of the loud noises during the race, but still very close to the action. We had a kitchenette in our room which allowed us to prepare some meals and dine in, as well as also enjoy dining at the restaurants in Cortina. The room was very comfortable -- bed was comfortable, the bathroom had a tub (a must for recovery!), the living/dining area were spacious, and the kitchenette had all the amenities we needed - we even had a deck with a view of the Cristallo mountains, and staff cleaned it every day. There were lifts which made moving our luggage easy. As a Silver Member, we received on-site parking privileges for free (parking is underneath the sister hotel across the street). The staff was superb! We communicated with them even before the trip, asking for recommendations on car rental options, and they were responsive and helpful. As well, when we were tracking a package that was mailed overseas, they tried to help us, although unfortunately, the package did not arrive. Overall, it's an excellent place to stay in Cortina, and I recommend it highly!

We stayed only for one night but it was all that we needed. It is a good place to stay for a ski holiday. The apartment has a small kitchen with a stove and a washing machine so it is very useful when you are on holiday with kids. Nice position, clean and a big balcony with a great view can remain in your mind after this stay.

Stayed in the Radisson for one night during our travels through the Dolomites. We stayed in the apartment style room that sleeps 4 people. It was listed as '1 king bed' but noted in the room details that it slept 4 people. This seemed to be an error on the Hotels.com listing. The room had 1 king bed and 1 queen fold out bed. Large apartment style hotel room with large bathroom, very modern. Clean and spacious. The king bed was comfortable. There was garage parking available across the street from the Raddison. It was difficult to find via car but there was a tunnel under the street that we used to walk from the garage to the hotel. The biggest complaint that I have is that the A/C did not work the entire day/night that we stayed. In fact, the heater ran continuously, despite changing the thermostat. The room was so hot that no one was able to sleep comfortably. This was very unfortunate and disappointing since we were all looking forward to staying the night in what seemed to be a very nice hotel. Overall the hotel was more expensive compared to other places and the stay was very uncomfortable.
