Great location, good parking area, and a good self-serve buffet breakfast. We used this hotel as our base for a 4-day visit to this side of the Dolomites.
We had the attic room, which was quite spacious, and had a nice view of the town. It was quite comfortable and perfect for what we wanted to do.
Parking was a little tight at times, especially if you arrived late in the day, but we always managed to get our vehicle in.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiles and a genuine welcome. Staff were extremely helpful, and nothing was a bother. Great hotel, wonderful room, substantial breakfast selection, restaurant onsite for dinner should you wish to dine in. Walking distance to everything in the city Centre. Would definitely stay here again.

We had booked a room with a balcony but received one without. Fortunately, the issue was quickly resolved, and the room was changed. However, the room was not very clean – there was a lot of dust, which was especially visible on the black surfaces. The toilet light only works when the entire bathroom light is switched on, so if someone goes to the toilet at night, the other person gets woken up, as the bathroom door is made of glass. The air conditioning doesn’t work properly – it only allows the temperature to be lowered by 2 degrees, but we didn’t feel any cooling at all. All the switches emit a blue light, which is very disturbing at night after turning off the lamps. Breakfast was very average.
