A value for money stay for our family of three. We had a large room on the first floor with a corner balcony and view of the Dolomites. The rooms are modern & renovated on the first floor. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was serviced daily & the kettle in the room was a nice touch. The manager also gave us access to crockery one evening so we could eat dinner in our room & we saw others use the microwave. Reception is attended until 9:30pm.
The location is 2km from the city centre so it’s best to stay here if you have a car or are happy to take the bus. Parking was available in the town.
There was some internal construction work going on for the first day & a half which was quite noisy in the daytime but thankfully there was no noise at night.
The heating in the room is quite powerful so best to turn down/off at night if you’re a warm sleeper.
Advise to get to breakfast early for the full treatment as supplies were less closer to closing time.

Unfortunately, our sheets were dirty when we arrived, so we asked for replacement but no one was available and we had to change it by ourselves.
There was a bad oddor from the bathroom that came in waves, which was just terrible.
The bed is separated (two matresses) with a 10 cm gap between the matresses, which was uncomfortable.
