Amazing location, wonderful facilities and helpful staff. Loved the atmosphere and view from our balcony. Delicious breakfast to fuel us for hiking, and a bubble bath at the end of the day for tired legs was an absolute treat. Highly recommend and would love to stay again.

Location
Room temperature not adjustable from the inside so lil bit strange on -15. humidity has the decorative wood of some beds totally ROTTEN and they told us its our mistake, and that we broke it. And they threaten us. Speechless but we both laughed. Some lady with sm poor managerial skills far off from the hospitality industry just because of sm winter olympics funding. Good hotel and location otherwise :-) Also open the windows when u toast bread the alarm of the hotel goes on.
