Hotel Ciasa Lorenzi

We loved this hotel. The staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly. We loved the restaurant. The food is excellent. The location is perfect. It’s located a street away from the pedestrian walkway for you don’t have all the tourists in front of your hotel all day and night. Seems to be popular meeting place amongst the locals and the cyclists.

I didn’t like the steps down into the bathroom in our room. We stayed in the new addition of the hotel on the 3rd floor.

The took such good care of us. Lucia was amazing and helped coordinate rides, champagne, and baggage holding!

That we couldn’t stay longer

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Good breakfasts. Fantastic evening meals.

Parking at the hotel limited. Road noise could be bad.

Location

Room temperature not adjustable from the inside so lil bit strange on -15. humidity has the decorative wood of some beds totally ROTTEN and they told us its our mistake, and that we broke it. And they threaten us. Speechless but we both laughed. Some lady with sm poor managerial skills far off from the hospitality industry just because of sm winter olympics funding. Good hotel and location otherwise :-) Also open the windows when u toast bread the alarm of the hotel goes on.
