Very bad experience

This old "Villa" has a very very old structure and it suffers from a terrible mold inside the walls, which creates an intolerable smell in each in every room. this was so overwhelming we couldn't even stay inside until leaving the windows open for a while. In addition - the matrasses on the beds are completely worn out and very hard to sleep on. The "host" (a nearby hotel where you only take the keys) was very rude and unwilling to help. I strongly advise to stay away from this property!

Very good

Super close to Cortina, just a 5-7 min walk away. There was parking right in front of the building which was very useful. The apartment is spacious and having two separate bathrooms was useful for big groups. Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking but we had some issues making the hob work but once it did we had no issues.

The beds were very old and not comfortable. Overall very old apartment but if you are not staying there for long time it's totally perfect for a base to go hiking and spend the day outdoors.

Location close to town centre and bus stop for ski lifts.

NOT VERY FAMILY FRIENDLY. No where to keep the stroller, unless you leave it folded in the car across the road from the flat. Not possible to request a high chair. Lack of proper glassware. No toaster. Our flat was on the second floor with no lift access. Blind access from the road and the zebra crossing not properly marked, so quite dangerous with children.

Azarada

As chaves são entregues num hotel no centro de Cortina. Ao chegar à habitação deparamos com a falta água e ninguém nos avisou. Falamos com o hotel que de seguida contactou o município a saber quando seria reposta. Sem previsão de restabelecimento da água, o hotel disponibilizou outro apartamento sem as mesmas condições que havíamos reservado. Dado o adiantado da hora tivemos de ir jantar sem tomar banho e mudar de roupa. Após jantar voltamos ao apartamento para carregar as motos com a bagagem e mudar para o apartamento alternativo já tardiamente. Apesar dos funcionários se terem desdobrado em esforços, o proprietário não deveria ter colocado o apartamento no BOOKING pois a falta de água vinha do dia anterior conforme nos foi transmitido. Não é aceitável que exijam aos hospedes o apartamento limpo e a louça lavada.

Simples e básico mas cumpriu o propósito e as expectativas.

Apartamento simples mas com tudo o necessário. O facto de ter 2 casas de banho ajudou bastante (somos uma família de 5). Apesar de ficar junto a uma estrada com algum movimento, o apartamento era relativamente silencioso. Estacionamento à porta. Boa localização perto do centro.

Gostei de tudo. Simples e básico mas cumpriu o propósito e as expectativas.
