Our unit #8 was very loud right next to the road.

The friendly and helpful staff, and the clean rooms.
The elevator was not working. We had to climb to the 4th floor for the 4-day stay there. While climbing the stairs, the lighting sensor was not working well. We sometimes had to use our phone’s flashlight to climb up and down. It’s dangerous! Also, there was no air conditioning because the AC was down too. We stayed there for 3 nights, but they only provided 4 coffee capsules as a welcome amenity. They should do it on a daily basis.

We liked that when we arrived our luggage was handled for us right away which was great. We were taken to our lovely apt. room right away as well. Staff were very professional and friendly. Bar tenders were nice guys too. Beautiful view.
We were in the apartment which really had no seating outside. It would of been great to of had somewhere to sit by ourselves at a nice table with an umbrella. We had to sit outside with our drinks outside the reception. That was uncomfortable for us . A smart tv would have been great to watch some English on You tube . 1 English channel. Drink very expensive 22 euros for a martini and 12 for a beer
