Charming penthouse with breathtaking views

The property has 3 bathrooms, which is fair enough for a group of 5 adults and 4 kids. The view from the terrace is exactly as you see it on the pictures ( but you can't fully close the balcony doors, so it gets chilly during the nights )

Very poor communication with the facility management ( Canguro Properties ) - not very responsive on the questions we've asked, but quite in a rush to get your deposit. Parking a car - forget getting in the garage if you have a ski box, unless it's super slim. During the weekend most of the apartment owners arrive and they also can't park in the garage, so it's tricky to park in the narrow streets around the building. No elevator and the apartment is on the last floor. There was a problem with the lightning where literally some lamps were plugged with stripped cables directly in the AC sockets ( AC sockets are some old Italian standard, so you need adapters to plug anything, even your phone ) - we were lucky that nobody got executed there. One of the rooms was heaving a heavy smell and we realized that the last laundry was left in the washing machine probably for a week or more. Dishes, cutlery, cooking pans - everything was disgusting and the reason for that is probably the old dishwasher. We tried it once and it never fully drain the water after completing the washing cycle - stinky as hell again. Prepare to wash everything by hand. The whole place is heavily decorated with no taste at all covered with dust ( according to the owners they've been cleaning it for 3 days ), personal belongings everywhere. And the best - central heating stops at 6-7pm and it's turned on back early in the morning, so take really good clothes or you pack in the kitchen while you're cooking to get some warmth. At the end of our stay we were told to just leave the keys inside and there was no "inspection of the property", so your deposit is highly likely to be held. We've visited many places in the Dolomites, but that place shouldn't be booked in its current state by anyone !

Location and the staff. We got locked out in the night and the keeper came over to help us with the door, she and her husband was really nice and we glad they helped.

We got the last floor - 3rd floor unit, upon entering its a surprise, surprise that the house is full of decorations and furnitures, literally everywhere, impressive furnitures filled the whole house, one can say every almost corner is instagrammable. But there is a downside to this heavily decorated house, dusty, very dusty, not clean (because there are so many things there no one can really clean everything). The kitchen is old, hob is difficult to use, the house is like a maze. The door lock is a huge problem because it’s old type, and it hasn’t have a knob, u need to use the key to unlock it, but if you have another key left inside the keyhole then u will be locked out entirely without any ways to get in. We had no warning about this and our friends left one key in the keyhole from inside the house and we couldn’t get in after that. It’s very very bad because many do not know about this.

The location and the space there are five rooms and livingroom

The furniture is old and there are old accessories and the furniture is not suitable to living. Apartment is on the third floor and you have to use the stairs as there is no elevator.
