Great service from Anastasia, however appalling value for money

Anastasia was absolutely wonderful. She was really helpful.

It was far too expensive for what you get. The room was really loud, you could hear everything that was happening in the other rooms. Unfortunately as we were late booking, the room was absolutely tiny. We couldn’t even open our cases. For >£250 per night, I would expect a lot more. Disappointed

We left very disappointed.

Once we figured out the details of how and where the breakfast works (it is off site) then it was very good. Unfortunately, due to poor communication skills on Anastasia's behalf, we only had one of the two breakfasts we were due. The shower head and the unlimited supply of hot water were much appreciated!

Buyer beware, this is NOT a hotel establishment, these are apartments and rooms that are being rented out. At best it's a "homestay" (as they state) without anyone at home to make your stay pleasant. Anastasia is only available through WhatsApp and will then come to help you personally if you request it. Why she made us wait for her to show up rather than the other way around (who is paying and for what?) made us feel that despite paying a 162 euros/night in off season we were not valued as guest. Our our arrival and check-in was painful due to poor communication on Anastasia's behalf. She struggled giving us adequate instructions for a smooth arrival and once we finally located the correct building (there is no signage so you're completely dependent on Anastasia's skills) we still had to wait for her to arrive in order get out of the cold.

Put simply: a great stay.

Such an amazing structure, rigorously looked after and built with great attention to details. If you want to get the perfect combination between a luxurious mountain-style accommodation and an unforgettable mountain experience within this magic context, then look no further. Staff are extremely kind and professional, always willing to go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed. They gave us some great tips for trails, viewpoints etc. This has definitely made the difference our stay. Location is really super convenient: you can literally just get out of the house and be directly on some of the nicest trails in Cortina. I cannot recommend enough. Thank you Anastasia & Luxury Cortina staff!

We thought there was access to a hot tub as it was listed on the facilities of the properties but this was not the case. We were informed that it was only available for private rooms. We were a little disappointed. The host was very welcoming otherwise

SUPER! A LITTLE PARADISE IN THE MOUNTAINS!

Exceptional Chalet with an amazing view to the mountains, our room was big, super comfy and super clean. The staff was simply amazing: Anastasia was on hand with everything I needed, she is very professional but also super kind and friendly. She helped me understanding the trail of the hiking I wanted to do, and helped out with so many other information about Cortina! The position of the Chalet is amazing: 2 minutes from the center but at the same time is surrounded by greenery: from the chalet you can go hiking for hours, we really loved the position! I definitely recommend this place: our vacation was simply SUPERB.

Beautiful place, with the best host in Cortina.

Anastasia was the best. She was on hand via whatsapp to answer all of our questions, and help us with any advice we needed. She was very accommodating with our bikes, and was happy to leave to the room anything we needed while we were away. The place was very charming and clean.

bardzo przytulnie, lokalizacja dobra. Cudowny gospodarz.

Pani Anastazja zgodziła się w środku w nocy specjalnie dla nas przyjść i zameldować w pokoju. Niestety nie mieliśmy wynajętego samochodu , ale gospodarz Pani Anastazja przez kolejne dni pomagała nam organizować podróż i doradzała w wyborze szlaków do trekingu. Wspaniała osoba!

Zelden zo welkom gevoeld.

We hadden een uitstekend verblijf in het gezellige guesthouse. Maar wat ons het meest bij blijft is het uitzonderlijk vriendelijk onthaal door Anastasia. Ik schrijf eigenlijk nooit reviews maar haar voorbereiding van onze check-in tot en met de check-out waren super, haar ongelooflijk snelle respons bij vragen, al haar tips over hikings, bezienswaardigheden, eten, etc waren top. Dit was onze boodschap bij ons vertrek : We absolutely want to express our gratitude and appreciation for the amazing help and assistance you gave us during our stay. Your tips on hikes, food and any other practical issue were the best and we were warmly surprised by your super friendly approach towards us as your guests. We enjoyed all the extremely beautiful nature around your cosy and charming guesthouse. We had a great time here. Once again many thanks for everything and hope to be back some day. Chalet montagnard très bien rénové

Très bonne communication et service par Anastasia . Ns avons été surclassé pour une chambre avec fenêtre plus agréable. Chambre tout confort. Il faisait très chaud mais la chambre était fraîche . Très proche route passagère mais assez calme la nuit. parking à côté de la chambre

Les chambres sont petites surtout pour nous qui étions en moto avec nos équipements et bagages. Elle sont un peu sombres également . Il manque un réfrigérateur
