Location in Cortina, fairly flat walk 3 blocks up to the Conad City grocery store and the beginning of the pedestrian only Corsa Rosso. Ample space for a family of 4, quiet except for the vehicles from 630-730am, large sun filled balcony, private parking, a modern gem in Cortina. We want to stay here during the next ski season!
No fans for airflow/ventilation.

Appartement luxueux très bien équipé, très bien agencé et à proximité du centre ville Il y a 2 places de parking privées. 2 belles chambres avec leur salle de bain privative Une belle terrasse qui fait le tour de l appartement et sur la quelle nous pouvons manger ou boire l apéritif grâce aux petites tablettes pliables Une machine à laver est à disposition dans l appartement
Le seul petit hic est la route très circulante qui passe devant l appartement mais l appartement est bien isolé

The apartment was well equipped and laid out. Very comfortable beds, fantastic showers, great location, short walk to lots of cafes, restaurants, shops, supermarket 5 mins walk, parking on site.
Hard to fault the apartment, but as a family the second bedroom was doube rather than twin. Being so central in Cortina means that there is lots of morning traffic to work your way through to get out of town, but it moves and the benefits of being in town outweigh 10 mins extra journey time.
