I think for the price per night, I would have been better off going elsewhere.

Kitchen and bialetti available to make your own coffee and food. Good location. Bathroom was clean.

Room had dirt/wear around bed and light switch. Only one kitchen burner worked. Hot water heater doesn’t provide enough hot water for a shower. No wifi during my stay despite being told that there would be, both before I booked, and then a day after my arrival.

Nice location and clean room

Central location. We stayed in Terni as a base to get to Marmore waterfalls. Clean and modern inside the room, nice shower room. Good communication with owners. Use of kitchen was good only used for drinks, but you could make a basic meal.

The noise from the bar outside is obvious, we stayed 3 nights, mid week so the Thursday was the worst. I expect high season and weekends its louder. We had to put the TV on so I could drown out the laughter from the bar from next door. Apart from that, its a nice place to stay for a few nights.

Great place to stay, but there is a noisy bar next door.

It was centrally located to the center of town and within walking distance to the train station. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

It was next to a bar. It didn’t bother me too much, as we went to bed around midnight each night, and it only kept us awake for two hours, but on our last night we had an early flight the next morning, so because of the noise, we only got 3 hours sleep.

Location was good position in town, it does have a small kitchen but we didn’t use it. Clean room with air conditioning

not easy to find as no name on property , also see other reviews it is almost above a busy bar so if you’re an early night person you might want to take ear plugs! Oh and a plug for the basin!

Great location and great value for money.

Lovely accommodation, very clean and in centre of town. Had a kettle to make a cup of tea. Had a communal kitchen if you wanted to cook. Checked in remotely, but very smooth.

Very clean accommodation, easy to find, well equiped we had a lovely relaxing stay, fab shower :)

The room was easy to find and in a central location. We had a shared kitchen which was well equipped, we cooked each evening. The a/c worked well and the shower was superb.

The only thing we were disappointed with was that there was no table and chairs on the balcony, it would have been nice to relax with a glass of wine and watch the world go by!

Nice, modern apartment but don't expect to get any sleep in it!

It was a clean, modern apartment with two separate sleeping areas. One other room seemed occupied but I never met them. May have been the owner who also never appeared.

I always prefer a bit of interaction with a human being at my accommodation but I know it's not always possible. In this case, I never saw another soul. Worse though was the fact that it was right next to a rowdy bar that kept the noise level high until well after 2 am. Nice part of town, convenient and quaint but bring some heavy-duty earplugs!

Fine save for the noise I mentioned

I didn't have breakfast! Trenitalia made a stuff up with their trains so I didn't arrive until after staff had gone. I don't have a mobile phone and my computer requires mains power so communication was difficult for me. But a stranger managed to get a WhatsApp message from someone there giving instructions how to get in and leave my 4 euros tax!

The bedroom looks out onto a courtyard next to a restaurant. Last night "young people" gathered there in number so it was quite noisy until 2300 when they all suddenly went quiet. I don't know if this is a regular gathering but clients wanting an early night's sleep.......

La posizione è centralissima.

Wi-fi non funzionante, solo un rotolo di carta igienica e nessuna scorta, camera fredda e area condizionata non funzionante.

Alloggio ottimo come base d'appoggio per vivere il centro di Terni

La posizione è sicuramente il punto forte della struttura. La stanza pulita, l'armadio spazioso e con grucce, doccia grande, letto comodo, wifi funzionante.

Le scale condominiali lasciano molto a desiderare. Odore di muffa e sporchissime. Mi rendo conto che non sono parte dell'interno, ma sono comunque la prima cosa che si vede all'arrivo. È vero che c'è una cucina con un piano d'appoggio, ma essendo parte della zona comune avrei gradito avere una piccola scrivania anche nella stanza, per poter lavorare in tranquillità. La posizione è sicuramente ottima per raggiungere il centro, ma poi bisogna fare i conti con il locale sotto casa che pompa la musica fino a notte inoltrata. Poi, sfortuna mia, purtroppo ho avuto dei coinquilini (gli occupanti dell'altra stanza) davvero molto rumorosi.

Comoda e centrale camera nel centro di Terni

La camera è in centro, molto comoda e vicina ad ogni punto di interesse della cittadina. Essa è pulita ed il letto è abbastanza comodo. Vi è la possibilità di utilizzo della cucina se necessario inclusa nel prezzo. È inoltre da sottolineare la gentilezza e la disponibilità della gestrice, Azzura!

Anche se la camera e la'appartamento sono ben curati, purtroppo l'ingresso del palazzo è un po' spartano ed emana un odore di cantina. In generale la camera è tranquilla, anche se le sere (soprattuto del weekend) potrebbero sentirsi voci e musica dalla strada data l'immediata vicinanza con i luoghi della movidia ternana.

Posizione perfettamente centrale e ben insonorizzata dalla musica del locale sotto. Singola stanza carina e ben tenuta più bagno. Doccia grande. Balconcino con possibile tavolino

Consigliato!

Molto carino e personale sempre disponibile e gentile. La stanza è carina e pulita, con disponibilità di una cucina (che personalmente non ho usato ma in cui si può trovare tutto l'occorrente per essere indipendenti). Ottima la posizione in pieno centro. Si trova vicino ad un locale per cui tra le 21 e mezzanotte potrebbe sentirsi un po' di musica ma nulla di troppo disturbante e soprattutto a mezzanotte termina tutto (considerando che ho soggiornato a metà luglio ci sta). Aspettative assolutamente soddisfatte. Unico problema riscontrato: il wifi, ma potrebbe essere stato un problema del mio pc.
