Note: In November 2019 renovation of external stairs and replacement of the windows in our apartment will take place.

In about 10 - 20 minutes walk from the tidal land, the pedestrian area and the North Beach with promenade.
Within walking distance is the shopping center "distinctive", a bakery, and bicycle rental.
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment is another recreation area - Greune Stee.
