Die Lage war Strandnähe.
Baulärm am Nachbarhaus. Konnte nicht ausschlafen und Mittagsruhe nicht halten. Heizung Sanitärunternehmen, Speissherstellung vor den Türen des Hauses, Bohr- und Schleifarbeiten.Teilweise bis 20 Uhr Störungen.

Bad und Küchenblock sind in sehr gutem Zustand.
Alles ist sehr hellhörig, man bekommt jede Bewegung und jede Play-List der Nachbarwohnungen mit. Das Fenster ist oben an der Wand unter der Decke, mit Blick auf eine Satelittenschüssel. Das Ambiente erinnert an eine Souterrainwohnung. Zu keiner Seite kann man hinaus sehen. Es gibt eine Stufe zwischen Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer, die Garderobe ist nicht neben der Tür, sondern im Schlafzimmer.
