About this apartment rental
With approximately 90 m² of living space, this ground-floor apartment offers plenty of room for you and your family. It features 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a guest restroom, a kitchen with a bar table, and a combined living and dining room.
The living area invites you to linger with its spacious and cozy seating. Adjacent to it is the terrace with a large garden and additional separate seating areas, providing plenty of space to relax and/or have a barbecue (grill provided).
Included are 1 set of bed linens per person, towels (no beach towels), dish towels, and utilities.
A maximum of one dog is permitted in the apartment upon prior approval.

The Südstern House
Here, you’ve truly arrived on the sunny side!
The beautiful Südstern House is located right next to the South Beach at Moormerlander Straße 3. This is a quiet cul-de-sac with parking and a children’s playground, just a few steps from the sea and the South Beach.
In about 10 minutes, you can reach Borkum’s main shopping street, Franz-Habich-Straße. There you’ll find an Edeka supermarket and two fish stands. A bakery and restaurants are also just a few minutes away.
In early 2021, we renovated the entire building, relying primarily on breathable natural plaster.
The apartments are modern and comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a wonderful vacation, so you’ll want for nothing during the best days of the year.
They say there’s no such thing as bad weather, only the wrong clothes—but if you’d rather stay on the couch, Wi-Fi, TV, Blu-ray, and a hi-fi system are there to help you relax. Alternatively, you can read a book from our collection or play one of the board games available for all ages.
