In the heart of Borkum, in a sunny, low-traffic area, you’ll find this beautiful semi-detached home featuring two high-end vacation apartments that accommodate up to 4 people plus a toddler. Each apartment features a spacious, covered terrace shielded from view and a private garden, or a secluded sun balcony with an unobstructed view of the surrounding greenery.
Here, facing away from the street, you can sit in peace and quiet, shielded from the gaze of others, and enjoy your privacy.
Both apartments are smoke-free, pet-free, and furnished to minimize allergens. The upstairs apartment has also been awarded the international ECARF seal for allergy-friendly accommodations.
The approximately 90-square-meter, 4-star vacation apartment accommodates up to 4 adults and 1 toddler up to 3 years old (travel crib with matching bedding and high chair available).
It features a separate kitchen with a cozy dining area, a living room with an additional large dining table for 5 people, and 2 high-quality, comfortable sofas.
Between the two bedrooms (1 bedroom with a double bed and an additional TV; 1 bedroom with a double bed that can be converted into twin beds, featuring adjustable slatted frames and mattresses in different firmness levels—H2 and H3—available) is the shower room with two sinks, an oversized shower (80 x 150 cm), a heated towel rack, and a toilet. Another separate toilet with a sink in the adjacent room offers you additional comfort.
The apartment’s utility room features a cabinet with cleaning supplies, as well as a washer and dryer for your exclusive use.
The apartment features high-quality oak parquet flooring in the living room, designer vinyl flooring in the bedrooms, and light-colored tiles in all other rooms, and is equipped with electric roller shutters and fly/mosquito screens in every room.
