About this apartment rental
Located in the heart of Borkum, in a sunny, low-traffic area, this beautiful semi-detached house features two high-quality vacation apartments—one accommodating up to 5 guests and the other up to 4 guests plus a toddler—each with a spacious, secluded terrace and private garden, or a private, sunny balcony offering unobstructed views of the countryside.
Here, seated away from the street, you can relax in peace and privacy, shielded from the view of others.
Our comfortable 4**** apartment on our upper deck (approx. 70 sqm) features 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and an additional separate second toilet with a sink. It is individually designed, modern, and tastefully furnished with warm, light colors and materials. It accommodates up to 4 adults and one toddler up to age 3 (a high chair and travel crib with matching bedding are available for the toddler).
In the bedrooms, which feature double beds (open at the foot) measuring 180 x 200 cm, you can choose between two different mattress firmness levels (H2 and H3). The beds feature multi-adjustable slatted frames at the head and foot ends.
The bedrooms can be almost completely darkened with light-blocking pleated blinds.
Fly and mosquito screens on the windows ensure a restful night’s sleep.
The exceptionally well-equipped, open, and bright kitchen area with a dining table and 4 chairs includes, among other things, a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, Senseo pod coffee maker, as well as a toaster, egg cooker, and blender.
The adjacent living area features a flat-screen TV, DVD player, radio, and CD player.
There is 1 additional flat-screen TV and a portable Bluetooth speaker in the bedroom.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire apartment.
The bathroom features an oversized sink, a hair dryer, a towel warmer, and a washer-dryer for your exclusive use.
The sunny balcony is equipped with a table, seating for 4 people, a comfortable lounge chair for sunbathing, and a sun umbrella.
The beds will be freshly made upon your arrival—plenty of towels and bath mats will be provided for you (of course, all linens are included in the trip price).
Cleaning supplies, a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tablets, a washer-dryer, as well as a high chair and travel crib are available free of charge in the apartment.
Secure bicycle parking for everyone in the enclosed garden and a car parking space (upon request only) next to the house.
