The 49 m² Apartment No. 3 is located on the first floor of the “Barons Residenz” and features a bedroom, a living room with an open-concept kitchen, an entryway with a coat closet, and a terrace.
For wonderfully relaxing family time—such as cozy movie or game nights—the living room is equipped with, among other things, a large couch, armchairs, a TV, a radio with CD and USB ports, free Wi-Fi, and a large dining table (90 x 90 cm, extendable to 120 cm). Cozy furnishings—which harmonize with the oak parquet flooring—dimmable lighting, and floor-to-ceiling windows complete the stylish living atmosphere.
Fresh North Sea air is included when you book our vacation rental on Borkum! On the terrace, patio furniture and two lounge chairs invite you to enjoy relaxing moments! Reading a good book here in peace or simply letting your mind wander is the pure essence of a vacation...
The separate bedroom features a double bed with two separate, high-quality mattresses (with mattress protectors), two nightstands with reading lamps, two spacious dressers, two chairs, and a writing desk. Floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of natural light—the windows face south toward the terrace and can be easily darkened with drapes. The couch in the living room folds out (160 x 200 cm) and provides sleeping space for two additional guests.
For convenient self-catering, the built-in kitchenette is equipped with, among other things, a refrigerator, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave, and a dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle. If you’d like to treat yourself to a meal out, you’ll find several restaurants on Borkum serving up North Sea delicacies!
