Bright rooms, modern furnishings, and a sunny terrace—make yourself right at home in our vacation apartment on Borkum. Up to four people can enjoy a wonderful vacation at the “Barons Residenz”!
This cozy apartment is located on the first floor and features a bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette, an entryway with a coat closet, and a sunny terrace overlooking the dunes. Cozy furnishings—which harmonize beautifully with the lovely oak parquet flooring—floor-to-ceiling windows, and dimmable ceiling lights transform this vacation apartment into your very own personal oasis of relaxation!
For relaxing moments with the family, the living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, a coffee table, a dining table (90 x 90 cm, extendable to 120 cm), and three armchairs or chairs. You’ll also have access to high-quality electronics, including a TV, a radio with CD and USB, and free Wi-Fi.
The vacation rental’s separate bedroom features a double bed with two high-quality mattresses (with mattress protectors and slatted frames), two nightstands with reading lamps, two spacious dressers, two chairs, and a writing desk. Dimmable ceiling lights and floor-to-ceiling windows facing south (which can be easily darkened with drapes) provide beautiful natural light and add to the cozy atmosphere. The sofa bed in the living room folds out (to 160 x 200 cm) and provides sleeping accommodations for two additional guests.
