Die Lage Nähe Südstrand ist super.
Die Wohnung ist ganz toll eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl und es fehlt nichts.
Schöner Balkon, neue Bäder. Für 4 Personen sehr gut.

Das Objekt war sehr gut. Es war sauber und ordentlich. Es ist super gelegen, nah am Bahnhof (nur eine Station), der Hundestrand ist nicht weit entfernt und bis in die City sind es zu Fuß 30 Minuten die aber durch die schöne Gegend schnell rum gehen. Zusätzlich war die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter/Reinigungsfirma Herrn Fischer, sowie der Besitzerin Frau Bruns sehr gut. Sehr freundlich an Telefon.
Was uns leider etwas gestört hat war, dass das Rollo im Badezimmer nicht hochging, aber da der Verwalter es wohl nicht wusste, jetzt weiß er es, bin ich sicher dass es repariert wird😉.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Leider war die Wohnung nicht so wie beschrieben, der Gaskamin funktionierte nicht!!! Dies war der Vermieterin wohl auch bekannt. Es war eisig kalt, und im oberen Geschoss funktionierte die Heizung nicht. Im Bad ließ sich eine Jalousie nicht hochziehen. . Es waren auch noch jede Menge Hundehaare zu finden , z.B. auf dem Teppich.Gott sei Dank funktionierte die Sauna.
