Schöne Wohnung, besonders der Balkon in der 2. Etage, zuwenig Kaffeelöffel, Stühle auf dem Balkon in der 1. Etage sehr unbequem und mit Farbe beschmiert. Anweisungen Müll stimmen nicht mit der Realität. Nur Container für Restmüll vorhanden. Kommunikation mit Verwalter und Eigentümer nicht so gut. Hatte bevor ich die Tageszeitung umbestellt habe nachgefragt ob als Adresse ein Zusatz darauf müsste. Nein laut Eigentümer, weiß ich nicht laut Verwalter. Es wurde mir weder ein Name oder eine WG-Nummer genannt. Briefträger kann nur mit meinem Name in einem Haus mit 8 Wohnungen, alle mit eigenem Eingang, nicht wissen wohin mit der Zeitung, habe also keine bekommen.

Uns haben die 2 Balkone und die Wohnküche sehr gefallen. Die Küchenausstattung ist, bis auf eine schlechte Pfanne und zu wenig Pfannensender, ausreichend. Lediglich auf den Matratzen haben wir nicht gut geschlafen, sie machten einen älteren, nicht sehr hochwertigen Eindruck.
