Three separate bedrooms, a south-facing terrace, and a sauna!
In our vacation rental at “Landhaus Leni,” you can enjoy your Borkum vacation to the fullest! Here, you’ll have the entire first floor to yourself (see photos).
Step right in to our spacious entryway with a vestibule; followed by the hallway, which leads to the open-concept living-dining-kitchen: a wonderful place to have breakfast together, cook, and make plans for the next day of your vacation.
From the kitchen-dining area and the utility room, you have direct access to the very well-maintained, enclosed garden.
The living room of this Borkum vacation rental impresses with its size and tasteful furnishings. Here, you can make yourself wonderfully comfortable in the evenings or on cooler days. A hi-fi system with a radio and CD player, along with a modern flat-screen TV, ensure hours of relaxation.
On sunny days, the large, furnished south-facing terrace—accessible directly from the living room—is a real draw. Read a good book in a beach chair or enjoy wonderful barbecue evenings with the whole family—a perfect vacation atmosphere is guaranteed here! Since the terrace is covered, you can still enjoy it even if it rains.
Or how about a soothing sauna session? The vacation rental on Borkum features its own sauna where you can relax to your heart’s content!
Even with a larger group, you’ll have plenty of space! Three separate bedrooms—each with either a double bed or a bunk bed—along with two bright, spacious bathrooms featuring both a shower and a bathtub, and a separate guest restroom, offer you comfortable options for privacy.
For convenient self-catering, the modern kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster.
The bedrooms have laminate flooring; some rooms are equipped with underfloor heating.
Televisions in two of the bedrooms and free Wi-Fi provide additional comfort. Two high chairs, children’s toys, and two cribs are included as standard amenities.
You are welcome to use the washing machine and dryer.
A private parking space is available in front of the house. There is also a bicycle storage area.
Please understand that pets are allowed only upon request (1 large dog or 2 small dogs).

Eine schöne großzügige Ferienwohnung mit einem traumhaften abgeschlossenen Garten,,hervorragend ausgestattet mit viel Komfort. Wir waren im Februar dort und haben die Sauna sehr genossen!

Wir waren im Oktober mit unseren Schwiegereltern und unserer Hundedame im Landhaus Leni und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Besonders die neuen Badezimmer und die tolle Sauna, muss man hervorheben. Dazu gibt es zu der ausreichenden Größe der Wohnung eine tolle überdachte Terrasse und einen schönen Garten. Nur bei der Übernachtung im Kinderzimmer muss man Abstriche machen, für ein paar Tage ist es als Erwachsener aber möglich. Die Anbindung zur Bahn ist sehr gut, auch zum Strand ist es nicht weit, für den Bus oder Einkäufe muss man halt etwas laufen, oder den Drahtesel nehmen. Das Haus würden wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen...

Eine wunderschöne Fewo mit Sauna! Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Die Zimmeraufteilung und die Ausstattung waren sehr gut. Leider fiel die Heizung zweimal aus und ein Bad ließ sich nicht gut aufheizen. Der Rest war wirklich ausgezeichnet.
