Modern vacation home with a sunny terrace!
Comfortable two-story vacation home with two separate bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom with a tub, guest restroom, and a terrace with a garden! At "Haus Bode" on Borkum, your very own oasis of well-being for the whole family awaits you!
In 2015, “Haus Bode” on Borkum underwent extensive renovations and was lovingly refurnished with high-quality furnishings. The bathroom, kitchen, and guest restroom have been completely renovated and equipped with modern amenities.
The living area on the first floor has been furnished with, among other things, an inviting dining nook and a comfortable seating set—both featuring easy-care thick leather upholstery—as well as high-quality technical equipment, including a 55" smart TV, a hi-fi system including a receiver, a video/DVD player, and a separate CD player. A very cozy place to spend time together!
Another highlight of the Borkum vacation rental is the beautifully overgrown, south-facing garden, which offers a peaceful retreat—virtually invisible from the outside. Here, you can relax and soak up the sun on comfortable garden furniture and loungers, sheltered from the wind! And when the wind is blowing in the right direction, you can even hear the waves crashing…
You can enjoy wonderful barbecue evenings together on the gorgeous 14 m² terrace of the Borkum vacation rental! Feel free to fire up the charcoal grill and enjoy the evening sun on the cozy seating area!
Or would you like to spend some evenings cooking together during your Borkum vacation? It’s really fun in the vacation rental’s kitchen, which is equipped with high-quality, energy-efficient appliances! In addition to a large refrigerator with a 4-star freezer compartment and a dishwasher, you’ll find an oven featuring convection and broil functions, as well as a self-contained induction cooktop. A practical feature is the angled range hood, which makes cooking comfortable even for taller people. A microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and egg cooker are, of course, also provided.
Comfort awaits you in the modern bathroom of this Borkum vacation rental as well—thanks, among other things, to a Kaldewei bathtub, a rimless toilet with a comfortable seat height, and a high-quality, three-panel Hüppe glass shower enclosure. For safety while showering, the bathtub features an anti-slip coating; showering comfort is ensured by the thermostat-controlled Grohe bathtub/shower faucet with a hand-held and overhead showerhead.
The two separate bedrooms and guest room in the Borkum vacation rental are each equipped with a double bed. All sleeping areas measure 2 m x 90 cm. Upon request, we’ll be happy to provide a crib and a high chair.
An A+++ washing machine is available for use in the utility/heating room (included in the rental price).
A landline phone (for domestic calls) and Wi-Fi internet access provide additional comfort. Both are available to you free of charge upon your agreement and signature confirming compliance with applicable laws.
