Right behind the dune range, you’ll find our exclusive vacation rental with 2 bedrooms and a large terrace. The Beachloft Borkum is a family-friendly, smoke-free home that was extensively renovated at the end of 2018 and redecorated in a Nordic-maritime style. With approximately 65 square meters of living space, your vacation rental can accommodate 2–4 people.
Location:
The house is located directly on Borkum’s South Beach. A short walk through the dunes of Borkum brings you to the beach and the waters of the North Sea. Quiet residential area right next to the dunes.

Living Area
At Beachloft Borkum, a spacious and inviting living area awaits you, featuring a modern open-concept kitchen, a dining area for four, and a cozy sofa nook. A new 50-inch Ambilight flat-screen TV and a new Blu-ray player are among the amenities in the living area. With the provided reading lamp, wall sconces, or floor-mounted ambient lighting, you can create your own relaxing atmosphere. The living area also features access to the large terrace. Electric blinds ensure the room can be darkened. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, electric kettle, blender, and all necessary small kitchen utensils.
1st Bedroom
Spacious bedroom with a modern Rauch double bed, nightstands, and a large closet. The bedroom can be darkened using electric roller blinds.
2nd Bedroom
The second bedroom is also equipped with a modern Rauch double bed and a spacious wardrobe. Electric roller shades are also available in this room to darken the space.
Bathroom
The large bathroom in your vacation rental features a modern color scheme and a full range of amenities. A shower, toilet, and bathtub are included, as are a makeup mirror, scale, hair dryer, and more.
Outdoor Area
Your vacation rental includes a large terrace with patio furniture (4 chairs and a table). In the outdoor area, you’ll find another lockable storage room where you can conveniently store your bicycles.

In the storage room, you’ll find a private washing machine and dryer that you can use free of charge.

House Rules/Pricing Info:
Each booking is subject to a one-time optional service fee of €100 per stay. The service fee covers the final cleaning of the apartment. A linens set (bed linens as well as hand and bath towels) can be booked separately for €20 per person per set.
