The vacation home is located in one of the most sought-after areas of the town of Borkum, right next to the southern dune range and the “Greune Stee” nature reserve.
The vacation home is located in the immediate vicinity of the North Sea (50 meters to the beach access—100 meters through the dunes to the North Sea) and the South Beach (swimming beach with DLRG lifeguards) access.
The vacation home accommodates up to 4 people and features two double bedrooms. The property has a total area of 310 m². The vacation home has a living area of approximately 60 m²
All rooms feature allergy-friendly natural flooring.
The vacation home includes:
- 2 terraces, including one with a view of the dunes - located directly at the beach access point

Upon booking, a rental agreement is concluded between the renter and Fewo Direkt.
Cancellations and refunds are only possible through Fewo Direkt. Fewo Direkt’s cancellation policy applies.
This vacation rental is a non-smoking apartment.
The minimum stay during peak season is 6 nights.
During peak season, check-in is only possible on Saturdays or Sundays (or by arrangement).
The rental price is for 2 people and two bedrooms.
For rentals with 3 or 4 people, we charge €15.00 per person per night.
Maximum occupancy: 4 people
The service fee for 2 people is €95.00, which includes on-site support. There is an additional charge of €20.00 per person for bed linens and towels—these are not included in the total rental price.
Free Wi-Fi is available.
A free reserved parking space for one car is available at “Greune Stee Weg 33” (in front of the bungalow), as well as a lockable log cabin for bicycles.
