The upper floor apartment No. 3 "Südstrandhus" (approx. 71 square meters) on the North Sea island of Borkum in Greunen Stee Weg 75 is rented with:
2x bedrooms, 1x bathroom with floor-level shower, guest toilet, living room with couch and open kitchen with dining table.
Comfort, modern and style!! The bright living-dining room is large and impresses with the room layout and directly accessible balcony. The balcony with table and chairs invites you to relax. The kitchen and dining area is fully equipped. The two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and both have a flat screen TV. A travel cot (without bedding) and a high chair are available on request. This is complemented by the bathroom with a floor-level shower, toilet and washbasin. The short but very interesting history of the house should be emphasized. A real highlight!

The “Südstrand Hus” Borkum was built in 2006 using traditional construction methods. The modern residential complex has four apartments, each with four beds, where dogs are also welcome. The two apartments on the ground floor have a fenced garden with a terrace, the upper apartments have a cozy balcony.
There is a bicycle shed on site where you can store your bicycles.
The location is quiet - right in the “Greune Stee” nature reserve and in close proximity to the south beach.

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Lage - direkt hinter den Dünen des Südstrands gelegen - war großartig, der Wohn-Ess-Bereich lädt zum gemütlichen Frühstück oder einfach zum Entspannen ein und auch unser Hund hat sich rundrum wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Auch diese Wohnung war wieder sehr schön! Die Sauna im Dachgiebel mit Ruhebereich ist ganz toll, man kann sich auch so mal zurückziehen. Für uns, wir sind schon etwas älter, waren nur die Treppen etwas steil und mit Gepäck nicht so toll zu Händeln. Aber für fitte Menschen top! Die Lage ist toll, man ist ganz schnell am Wasser und bei günstigem Wind schläft man mit Meeresrauschen ein!,
