Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße nahe des Südstrandes. Wir waren mit unseren 2 Hunden dort und für uns war die Lage super, da dort auch der Hundestrand ist. Die Küche ist neu mit Spülmaschine und Backofen. Die Ausstattung der restlichen Wohnung ist funktional und gut. Es war alles da , was wir brauchten. Es sind auch Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten vorhanden.
Leider wurden während unseres Urlaubes Umbauarbeiten in der oberen Wohnung durchgeführt. Das Badezimmer ist auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Garten ist gar nicht eingezäunt oder abgegrenzt zum Nachbarhaus.
