Your luxurious holiday home "FIRST im FIRST" with four exceptionally and individually designed penthouse flats is in a prime location in Sellin's Wilhelmstraße, the magnificent promenade with villas from the original period of spa architecture and directly in front of the famous Sellin pier.
"Meerselig" - exclusivity is a top priority!
The approx. 88 m² roof terrace above the flat, which belongs to "Meerselig", offers a partially restricted view of the Baltic Sea as far as Lake Sellin and a wonderful garden in front of FIRST. A large east-facing balcony allows you to enjoy breakfast! Another south-facing balcony offers a fantastic view of the island of Rügen, Lake Sellin and the village. The indoor swimming pool and saunas can be reached via a staircase.
In the living/dining area and in the two bedrooms you will find high-quality, individual furnishings with furniture classics from Cassina, Knoll as well as B&B italia, Poliform, Schramm and others.
Enjoy the sky pool with a view of the Baltic Sea on the roof and the two saunas with a view of the chalk cliffs! In the beautifully landscaped garden there is an outdoor pool with sun deck, which invites you to swim and sunbathe.

Note on construction activity in the neighbourhood:
The "Kurhaus" on the opposite side of Wilhelmstraße to FIRST has been demolished in recent months. New construction work is currently underway, which - depending on the nature of the current work - could have a greater or lesser impact on the neighbourhood. According to information from the local authority, construction work is permitted on weekdays between 7.00 am and 6.00 pm.
We have therefore already taken a corresponding "building site discount" into account in this year's pricing. This applies to all four of our penthouse flats, even if they are likely to be affected differently due to their respective locations.
Unfortunately, we have no knowledge of the progress or progress of the construction work and of course we cannot influence it.
