Your luxurious holiday home "FIRST im FIRST" with four exceptionally and individually designed penthouse flats is in a prime location in Sellin's Wilhelmstraße, the magnificent promenade with villas from the original period of spa architecture and directly in front of the famous Sellin pier.
"Heaven's nest" - a realm of its own!
The "Himmelsnest" is luxurious and cosy and is characterised by a large south-facing terrace reserved just for you. Here you can enjoy Rügen exclusively! From the loggia you can enjoy the view of the sea and the chalk coast. A very short walk leads to the indoor swimming pool on the roof and to the saunas.
The spacious living/dining area (approx. 60 m²) is equipped with a high-quality kitchen with cooking island, natural stone worktop and Bosch appliances.
The living area features atmospheric paintings by artist Dagmar Diekmann and luxurious furniture by MDF italia, B&B italia, Carl Hansen and Poliform, among others. The "Heaven's Nest" has two bedrooms (approx. 25 m² and 14 m²), each with an adjoining en-suite bathroom. In the bathtub/shower room of the larger bedroom you can shower with a view of the Baltic Sea! The bedrooms are both furnished with Bosxpring beds by Schramm and wardrobes by Poliform. In the bathrooms you will find high-quality Dornbracht fittings and elegant bathroom objects from Villeroy & Boch. There is also a guest WC in the hallway. The entire flat has underfloor heating under an oak wood floor. The living area and both bedrooms are equipped with full HD TVs from Samsung and LG.

Note on construction activity in the neighbourhood:
The "Kurhaus" on the opposite side of Wilhelmstraße to FIRST has been demolished in recent months. New construction work is currently underway, which - depending on the nature of the current work - could have a greater or lesser impact on the neighbourhood. According to information from the local authority, construction work is permitted on weekdays between 7.00 am and 6.00 pm.
We have therefore already taken a corresponding "building site discount" into account in this year's pricing. This applies to all four of our penthouse flats, even if they are likely to be affected differently due to their respective locations.
Unfortunately, we have no knowledge of the progress or progress of the construction work and of course we cannot influence it.
