The place literally exceed our expectation! Got washing machine, clean rooms, toilets are comfy! Just perfect for us to stay, before our adventure at ESCAPE, Penang. Will repeat for sure

The pool area seemed to be not well maintained(?) Its not that dirty but when u swim, u can see lots of particles; bonus dried leaves. But still swimmable

The home is very spacious, lots of room to fit a large group. Affordable, location is good and has nice scenic views. Check in/out was pretty easy and hosts are quick to respond.

There were several issues we faced during our stay. The property looks more run down than shown in the photos - it’s a decently modern apartment, however it seemed like all the rooms and furniture was not kept in good condition. When we arrived, there was bedding and towels hanging on the balcony of one room, another room didn’t have ceiling lights that operated, and another room smelled VERY strong of washing detergent. The TV remote + YouTube/Netflix didn’t work on the TV either, while the host was very responsive when we raised the lights and TV issue and organised for someone to fix it the next day, an apology for the inconvenience would’ve been appreciated. The floors were quite dusty and the sofa/cushions looked dirty like they haven’t been cleaned in a while. The bathroom and kitchen was also quite wet as if all the cutlery and pots was washed just right before we arrived. Understand that the cleaners could’ve been rushing to clean the house from the previous guests, but hosts should still set a standard of cleanliness and check that house is presentable to welcome guests and keep them comfortable.
