There was no place for breakfast. They asked us if we wanted drugs or prostitution

No thing to like. Horrible. Disaster and dirty. We find condom in the room. There was no bedsheet or anything I have done video in the sharing toilet. Horrible. We lodge complaint but threaten but girl at reception. She said we call Pakistany brothers to beaten you.

The hotel room was awful a complete mess and totally unsanitary,i don't understand how this place can operate as a hotel.As soon as we entered,was saw a dirty carpet,stained towels and a disgusting toilet and bathroom.We didn't risk our health by staying there and booked another hotel instead.We were even afraid of bringing home bugs.Please don't book this hotel unless you want really bad memories.King Street Hotel-extremely unsanitary conditions.

Close it down, for health and safety Dirty, smelly, smells of damp, smoke, carpets are filthy, doors and walls with holes been patched everywhere, dirty, can't understand how this place is open. Photos of hotel rooms aren't what you get. It's a con gust to get you in, how can you take bookings for this hotel, we had to walk out and get another hotel at our expense. I lost £90 for booking with you booking. Come. Then paid for another hotel. Come. On get this hotel of Yr list.. I think you ignore our truthful comments. Shame on booking. Com

Hard to get inside when arrived, given wrong room at first, TV didn't work, lumpy mattress, but it's a £50 room so to be expected

Dirty , rude staff , drugs being used , shouting & fighting I made a complaint as we left early due to the room being dirty and the noise of fighting etc , was then offered a free nights stay in the future to then be told they can’t do anything about it

Do not stay here. The room wasn't just disappointing; it was genuinely unsafe and unfit for purpose. My stay was a masterclass in neglect and discomfort. 1. The Bed of Pain: Sleeping was impossible. Every single spring in the mattress seemed to have burst through the fabric, digging relentlessly into my back all night. It felt like sleeping on a pile of jagged rocks. I woke up in significant pain and haven't slept properly since arriving. This wasn't just an old mattress; it was actively hostile. 2. The Broken Door - A Security & Safety Hazard: The door to the room itself was BROKEN. It wouldn't close or latch properly unless I physically LIFTED the entire door and shoved it into the frame with all my weight. Forget security – anyone could have pushed it open. Trying to close it while carrying anything, or even just getting dressed, was a ridiculous, frustrating struggle. This is a fundamental safety failure. 3. TV Without a Remote:The TV was there, but utterly useless. No remote control was provided. Couldn't change channels, adjust volume, or even turn it off properly. It was just a blank, silent monument to the hotel's lack of basic amenities. 4. The Teasing Cups (No Kettle):Finding two cups was a cruel joke. There was **no kettle** to actually make any hot drinks. What exactly were the cups for? Decorations? It highlighted the complete lack of thought for guest convenience. Overall: This wasn't just a bad hotel room; it felt like a condemned space. A broken door compromising safety, a bed causing physical pain, missing essentials like a kettle and TV remote – it combined neglect with active discomfort. The management clearly does not check or maintain their rooms. Save your money, save your back, and find somewhere – *anywhere* – else. I've never felt so unwelcome and physically worse after a hotel stay. **Avoid at all costs.**

Location was good and Room was okay.

Absolutely nothing.

There was no space to park your car regardless if there was “free parking” and being in the centre of Blackburn there was no where else to park. When inside we found hairs and stains on the bed and the bathrooms were disgustingly unsanitary with mould, faeces still left in the toilet and long-term dirt still in the shower. One bathroom didn’t even contain a shower and only a bath which I find is outrageous considering what we have already mentioned. On top of this after refusing to stay here following what we had seen we were harassed continuously for an extensive period of time despite being respectful yet displeased with the deception that we experienced via the pictures of the rooms beforehand.

Presentation, shower rose would not stay in mounting bracket that was held onto the wall by 1 loose screw. Lack of general presentation and cleanliness, holes in a wall. TV screen but no remote to operate

Room was dirty, shower was missing screen, bed was very uncomfortable, no milk for cuppas

The shower did not work, and the bathroom light was in dire need of replacement, the bathroom door did not close and the extractor fan was on all of the time! The main problem was cannabis being openly smoked on the premises and that includes the staff. It is what it is another hotel in dire need of renovation but I personally would not recommend it especially for the price

No en suite toilet/ shower. Dirty and fire alarm stuffed with old socks, tiny bed (not a double but advertised as a double), hot with no opening window. Staff woke us at 9am saying to check out
