Appartement très agréable et deco sympa Emplacement parfait à proximité des métros,bus et magasins -5 minutes. Échange avec l’hote impeccable. Literie super confortable !!!!

Petit pour 6 personnes si vous restez plusieurs nuits. Absence de draps pour le canapé lit dans le salon. Salle de bain vieillissante. Isolation pas ouf, on entend tout ce qui se passe dehors.

Good location to queensway road, paddington station to do my pcr, nearby restaurants and groceries, 2 subway queensway n bayswater. Whole apartment reasonably big for small(2+2kids) to medium family(2+3 or 4kids), kitchen well equipped with plenty cleaning stuff to use. Toilet too.

Room beds bit soft as bed springs wornout, resulting middle part sink in. Pillows polyester filling bunch up. Bathroom wash basin tap bad design to put at side, resulting water trapped and messy wet. Bath mat suctions on bath tub cannot stick well, my kid nearly fell due to wet suctions. Recommend redesign to shower cubicle with non slip floor tiles and strong shower spray system. Good hot water shower was ok but need adjust. Overall, this apartment is good to book but disadvantage is the cleaning fee 18% is really unfair as it was higher than room rate/nite.

Location is really good, just off Bayswater road, near shops, restaurants, three tube stations and Hyde Park. Though the complex itself is an old flat complex and is pretty run down. The apartment is also pretty old.

The apartment is pretty old, with a lot of wear and tear. It’s also situated right beside the bin shoot. The pipes in the kitchen sink were clogged and cause a leak that flooded the kitchen floor. We managed to clear it with hot water and the owners did offer to send out a maintenance person to look at it. But it could definitely do with some modernisation beyond just the paint and furniture which have been updated.
