The living area was really quiet and and nice . I haven't seen a better area in London. Only seven minutes from Paddingtnon Railway station , no need extra transport from airports , we use National Express Bus . Our son was very happy to see his favorite cartoon character. Other way is obout seven minutes by walk to Gyde Park and Kensingtons Gardens, froom the Kensingtonsts Gardens possible to reach by walk to Museum Victora and Alberts and Science Museum . Third way is to underground station Bayswater with access to restorants , cafee and small shops like as TESCO express , same about seven minutes . My rating is 10 +

The bed was not comfartable and old . Better to repace at first possibility to avoid any damage both to the bed and occupants

Me hospede en la habitación que está en planta baja y da a la calle. Muy amplia, cocina completa, baño chico pero funcional. Fácil acceso y comunicación con el anfitrión. Cerca de estaciones de subte y la estación Paddington. Da a la calle pero es una zona muy tranquila. Muy buena opción.

La ventana que da a la calle no cerraba bien. Solo un detalle.

The apartment is situated in a very nice and chic neighbourhood. It is a 3-minute walk to Bayswater station and a 10- to 15-minute walk to Paddington station. Many eating-out places are within walking distance. The apartment is self-check-in; therefore, there was no problem with our late check-in, and we did not have to wait for the caretaker to come. It is a very good-sized one-bedroom apartment for our family of three adults. The living room had a comfortable sofa bed that is perfect for an adult or two children. The bathroom was clean. The kitchen is good-sized, with a stove, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and washing machine. The bedroom is large. The apartment has a lot of storage space. It was a basement apartment (which we didn't know when booking, as it wasn't mentioned), but it was well-lit and airy. Both the bedroom and the living lounge have big windows, and once inside, it was hard to tell.

The bed in the bedroom had a dip in the middle that was due to either a broken floorboard or broken springs, whatever the reason, but the bed was not comfortable at all. After a hectic day of touring London, all we needed was a comfortable bed. This marred our experience. Please repair or change the bed.
