The living area was really quiet and and nice . I haven't seen a better area in London. Only seven minutes from Paddingtnon Railway station , no need extra transport from airports , we use National Express Bus . Our son was very happy to see his favorite cartoon character. Other way is obout seven minutes by walk to Gyde Park and Kensingtons Gardens, froom the Kensingtonsts Gardens possible to reach by walk to Museum Victora and Alberts and Science Museum . Third way is to underground station Bayswater with access to restorants , cafee and small shops like as TESCO express , same about seven minutes .
My rating is 10 +
The bed was not comfartable and old . Better to repace at first possibility to avoid any damage both to the bed and occupants

Me hospede en la habitación que está en planta baja y da a la calle. Muy amplia, cocina completa, baño chico pero funcional. Fácil acceso y comunicación con el anfitrión. Cerca de estaciones de subte y la estación Paddington. Da a la calle pero es una zona muy tranquila. Muy buena opción.
La ventana que da a la calle no cerraba bien. Solo un detalle.

The Apartment was in the basement. It was Spacious Clean and had everything we needed close to Hyde Park Paddington Station Pubs and Restaurants😃🤩

The location was great due to being close to Paddington station so it's easy to get there from Heathrow airport and there are other underground stations close by that get you everywhere in London. Also a lot of restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance.
I liked that everything was with a keypad lock so you didn't need to carry any keys. The place was also pretty clean, clean sheets and towels.
Unfortunately the apartment itself is in really bad shape, it shows that they haven't invested any time and money in maintaining the place. The roller blinds didn't work so we had to manually roll them up and down and rest them on the window frame to keep them open. There were holes in the wall in the bathroom that haven't been fixed. There wasn't enough toilet paper considering we were 2 people staying for 8 days. There was no kitchen towel, no additional garbage bags, no handsoap.
