As the name suggests this is a guest house and ones expectations should be tailored to suit. The rooms are clean and adequate, the breakfast exactly as advertised and both fresh and tasty. Reception staff were efficient, pleasant and all spoke good English. The guest house is convenient for both Tiburtina Railway station (nearest metro as well) and Tiburtina Bus station. There is a good array of shops and restaurants close by in Via delle Cave di Pietralata and one of the best gelato shops in Rome - Gelateria Mamò located at Largo Antonio Beltramelli, 35.

The shower and its door did not function well, needed to fix . But the hotel had not fixed until we left

The room had been cleaned before we arrived.
We booked for three people, but there was only a bed for two. The room was very small and extremely overpriced. Considering the location and the size of the room, the value for money was very poor. We stayed for three nights, and the room was only clean on the day we arrived. On the other days, the trash wasn’t even taken out.
