Cleanliness

The rooms are so close and the sound proofing was not strong

The owner Guissepe was on hand to assist, everything was catered for. Restaurant and shops close by.

Everything was fine

The service is excellent, daily cleaning, felt comfortable, courtesy and support for any guidance required, hospitality from all the staff.

Giuseppe and Giulia were very nice and helpful. The room was clean and the location of the apartment was perfect for us, it is very easy to get everywhere you like with the metro, and another important thing: the neighborhood was safe. Another pleasant surprise was the fact that in the kitchen we had water, coffee, juice and all kinds of sweets with no additional cost. In our opinion the coffee was even better than the one that Caffetino had(the breakfast palace).

A huge problem for us was the fact the we found, in the middle of our stay, our room opened, with the key inside the lock(in the hall - for everyone to see). Nothing was stolen but it was unacceptable for us, we had all our things and valuables in the room, also my boyfriend’s work stuff. Other minor things were: one of the shower heads was not working, we ran out of soap and it was not replaced(we used shower gel, so it was fine I guess) and in the last day we ran out of toilet paper.
