B&B LUMAS

I was absolutely satisfied with my stay! The apartment is modern, youthful, and very well-maintained. The communication was excellent from start to finish. A special highlight was the voucher for the local café, it’s a 10/10 experience with a wonderful atmosphere and delicious food and drinks.

The main attractions and Termini station are not within walking distance, but this is just a matter of location preference as the transport links are fine. Everything about the accommodation itself was perfect, and I was completely happy with my choice.

I've stayed at the Lumas twice with my son recently as my father lives in Tiburtina. The B&B is very conveniently located near the train station, easily accessible to any central spot in Rome in minutes. The metro is frequent, cheap (1.25 to get anywhere in Rome) and easy to navigate. The B&B is extremely clean and has good facilities including a decent coffee machine. The twin beds we had were very comfortable, although the pillows could use updating to something a little softer, but this is just my preference. Despite its alleyway location, the B&B and Tiburtina in general, are safe areas and we felt perfectly comfortable to walk around at night. The B&B is unquestionably good value and the owners were very accommodating to our requests and always pleasant, informative and quick to reply in any communication
