Tiburtina Urban Rooms

Fully refurbished, everything was of high standard. It was quiet. Everything was clean. The staff was very helpful and was always reachable by phone/text. The apartment has one bedroom and a bathroom with shower attached. It is part of a group of 3 or 4 similar apartments (every apartment has its own private key) that share a common entrance, hallway and a common cuisinette. It felt more safe like that (although if other visitors were noisy it could be uncomfortable, but there was no problem). The location is away from the tourist crowds of Roma, in a part of the city inhabited by locals. Although it’s not a posh part of the city, it was safe and full of bakeries and local-flavor restaurants (we enjoyed having breakfast and dinner locally)

The apartment was about 45’ from Roma center, so it was a bit difficult to go back to the apartment and go again downtown twice a day. There is no balcony and nothing of a “great view” out of the window, but natural light is plenty

La chambre est renové à neuf au complet. Elle très bien décoré et 100% fonctionnel. Il ne manque de rien. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et il fait tout pour que les clients soient confortable. C'est un prix exceptionnellement bas pour tout le confort accompagné d'une propreté exceptionnelle.

La propreté, la nouveauté de tout les équipements incluant la salle de bains. Aucun bruit

Cercano a la estación tren/metro (8-10 min andando) Es un piso de un edificio antiguo, en el que se han reformado e individualizado las habitaciones

Había un ruido suave toda la noche como de fondo, no sé si de ventilación o que, pero vamos que tampoco es molesto ya que estás de viaje y, por lo menos en nuestro caso, llegábamos muy cansados y dormimos muy bien.
