L'ampiezza della stanza e la presenza del balconcino rendono il pernotto in questa struttura davvero piacevole. La pulizia e la presenza del condizionatore sono aspetti che hanno contribuito, come anche la posizione estremamente vicina alla stazione del treno Tiburtina

Les propriétaires étaient sympathiques, la position à ~15 min de marche du métro B
Les lits grinçaient beaucoup, devoir passer par un couloir commun pour accéder à la salle de bain & les toilettes, la mauvaise insonorisation (nous avions des voisins très bruyants qui nous ont réveillé plusieurs fois).

A balcony and comfortable bed and good working heater! Shared cooking facilities if you require. Renovated bathroom. Supermarket and fantastic bakery and pizza place close. 10-15 min walk to train station.
Was difficult to find. The street does not really look like it has an entry for tourist accomodation. There are two doors that appear to have private appartments . Better just to contact owner on arrival at street ( behind the building that has a car wash in front of it)

Secondo me non ha una bella posizione rispetto a quello che dicono le altre recensioni. La fermata Tiburtina non è così vicina e non ne parliamo con le valigie Poi check out alle 9:30, si inventano loro le regole mondiali
