ローマまでの飛行機の長旅で疲れていましたし、早朝にレオナルド ダビンチ空港に着いたので、到着チェックインの時間を早めてくれたのは大変助かりました。
また、宿のあるデブルテーナ駅は、長距離バスの発着地で、この宿はその駅のすぐ近くにあり、翌日のフィレンツェまでのバスに乗るのには大変助かりました。
便利のところでこのお値段は魅力かもしれません。

階は違うのですが、丁度工事が入っており、到着時は工事のドリル音が部屋まで聞こえて来ましたし、翌朝は８時になると工事が始まり、部屋の中にいても、あのドリル音が響きとても嫌でした。
オーナーさんからは何もこのことについて詫びの言葉もなかったのは残念でした。
ただ、早朝からのローマの街に繰り出し、夕方まで戻ら無い旅行者には問題無かったのかもしれません。
それから、建物が斜面部分に建っているのか、部屋は最低階にあるため半地下で、窓が高い所に着いており、やや陰湿な感じがしました。これも日中出歩き、部屋に滞在しない方に取っては問題ないのかもしれませんが、日中少しでもいる方にはお勧めしません。
