Location is near to central Chamonix and transport around the valley. A quite residential location.
Ski storage being in the basement was a bit of a faff. We left ours on the balcony. Perfectly safe.

Nice and spacious and clean , comfortable beds.
Didn’t like that the towel rail didn’t heat up
No internet on the tv which I would expect in 2025 and had a logo of Netflix in the welcome book. That said a spacious place with good views and liked the fact had a washing machine

Property size and facilities were good generally
Noise from outside roads etc probably due to heavy snow, but gritters driving up and down all night
I think the bathroom needs updating personally
It worked out nearly £360 per night I think there’s better options for that amount of money
WiFi was virtually nonexistent and surly they could provide some satellite channels for children considering the price
$$$$
