Le logement bien situé, au calme malgré la route très proche. Chalet spacieux et propre avec une très belle vue sur le Montenvers. Proche de petits commerces.
Le logement pourrait-être rafraîchi et l'extérieur (escalier, terrasse) un peu plus entretenu. L'arrivée de nuit est compliquée car pas assez d'éclairage extérieur automatique.

Vétusté des équipements cuisine , salle de bain lampe de chevet non fonctionnel, pose savon cassé, porte de la commande de chambre cassé….
