Highly recommended. Great place and host.

The view, the lay-out of the apartment and the ease for parking. The place was very well heated and the beds were comfortable. Washing machine ws also very convenient.

The kitchen is well equipped but the dishwasher needs repair. It works but it seems that the tray belong to an other dishwasher and is difficult to keep stable.

Terrace to die for!

The location of the property is fantastic, so quiet and with a fabulous terrace looking to Mont Blanc. When at the apartment we spent all our time outside even if it was raining as it was a great outdoor space.

Could do with more storage and black out blinds in bedroom 2.

The location is generally good - handy bus stop right outside the apartment.

The 2nd bedroom is essentially a converted balcony and not well insulated.

Awesome - great value - stunning views- private- quiet- bus stop

unbelievable view from the penthouse deck, looking directly at the Aiguille du Midi, Mt Blanc and The Bosson glacier. The bus stop (route 1) to Les Houches or La Flegere ski is in front of the property and arrives every 30 minutes. We walked to town in 20 minutes but the bus is only 2 stops from Chamonix Sud (the main bus depot) so if you time it (bus is spot on schedule) you don’t have to wait or walk. Good sized kitchen- we cooked every night and appreciated the dishwasher. Nice decor- tasteful. Cozy couches and really warm heat kept us comfortable. I was really happy to come home and sit on the deck with glass of wine and watch the sunlight change across the mountains. better than any après spot at any of the resorts. this spot made our time in Chamonix relaxing. FYI we stayed in down town for a few days before and the human traffic, snow plows, avalanche guns etc were really loud all night. this place was away from all that and I finally got some full nights rest.

Not a lot of storage space-so our baggage was laid out in the living room. could get chaotic with 4+ people. but oh well- no way they could change that.

Very enjoyable great location considering you're not in the heart of the town. Excellent commun

The apartment was well equipped. Comfortable beds and very well maintained. I really like this place it was a great find I would really like to spend a week here in the summer for biking season and to take advantage of the very large deck. Becky the contact person was very helpful and responsive. This was a great experience.

Maybe having a dryer to go with the washing machine but this wasn't a deal breaker.

Huge space. Magnificent view

The outdoor terrace is super huge!! Kids love the space. The view of the mountains from the terrace is magnificent. Wifi is strong. The beds are comfy. Parking space is easy

The toilet door is translucent and was unable to lock. There's no privacy in the WC as you can view whoever is inside 🤣.

Amazing views and well-stocked apartment in Chamonix Sud

Great location away from the hustle and bustle of Chamonix Centre Ville with an amazing view of Mont Blanc from the huge terrace. The apartment has all the essentials plus lots of natural light and space to relax. We also took advantage of the well-stocked kitchen, board games and DVDs available. It is situated right next to Lac des Gaillands, which was great for walking our dog. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating when we asked about early check-in/later check-out.

Fantastic!!!

The property has an amazing terrace/balcony opposite Mont Blanc. The views were unbelievably beautiful - morning, noon and night - one of the most fantastic locations with superb uninterrupted views.

Le payage sur la terrasse est bon.

Nous avons séjourné pendant 3 nuits dans ce logement et, après notre départ, le propriétaire nous a prélevé 50€ de frais de ménage supplémentaires, alors que le nettoyage était déjà inclus dans le prix de la réservation. À aucun moment, ni dans le descriptif du logement ni dans les consignes, il n'était mentionné qu'un tel supplément pouvait être appliqué. De plus, nous n'avons pas créé de déchets difficiles à nettoyer ni détruit les meubles. Nous avons tenté de contacter l’hôte à deux reprises, mais il a enfin raccroché et refusé de nous rembourser. Par ailleurs, l’une des chambres est mal isolée et laisse passer le vent, ce qui la rend très froide en hiver. Expérience décevante, nous ne recommandons pas. We stayed at this accommodation for 3 nights, and after we left, the owner charged us an additional €50 cleaning fee, even though cleaning was already included in our booking price. Nowhere in the listing or house rules was this extra charge mentioned. We did not leave hard-to-clean rubbish nor did we destroy furniture. We contacted the host twice to clarify the situation, but they hung up on us and refused to issue a refund. Additionally, one of the bedrooms is poorly insulated and lets in cold air, making it very uncomfortable in winter.
