It's a lovely hotel situated by the Bolzano-Merano local road. The rooms are facing a wonderful apple orchard and have views to the neighboring hills. The beds are one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, room was very spacious and looked completely new. big bathroom and separate toilet. The breakfast was great, there was a lot of choice. The owners are super lovely people and very caring. All the staff is really nice and make your stay even more pleasant. Would surely stay here again.

Hotel very well managed, friendly owner and staff. Spacious new room with a big shower, large double bed + sofa bed. Room with direct ccess to the garden. Beautiful pool in an orchard with apple trees. Very good breakfast buffet with plenty of choices. Coffee served at table on a lovely terrace overlooking valley and orchard. Perfect location, 10min from Bolzano and 20 from Merano. Quiet and relaxing. It works well for families with kids as well as for couples or single tourists.

Really nice charming hotel in the mountains. Great staff, amazing view, relaxed vibe. Awesome place to relax and enjoy nature! Everyone is so friendly and we had a fantastic time. Plus outstanding breakfast. The restaurant a couple of houses away is also worth a visit. Amazing local food.

Maybe the reception and some of the hotel could eventually use a little renovation. It has a bit of seventies vibe, but is charming as well.

room was lovely and clean and comfortable. Pool was amazing, very peaceful and quiet. great location, we visited Ortiz the Iceman in Terlano, which was amazing to see, all in all great, would recommend and definitely return as lots to explore in the area

Uitstekend hotel voor bezoek regio Bolzano.

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, ruime en schone kamer met terras en mooi uitzicht op boomgaard en bergen, goed en schoon zwembad met ligweide en goede ligstoelen, uitstekend ontbijt met ruime keuze verse producten, gastenkaart voor o.a. gratis vervoer in regio inclusief bergbaan in Bolzano, dicht bij bushalte met regelmatige busdienst naar Bolzano en Merano.

Tappa tecnica a Bolzano

Perfetto punto di partenza per tutti i tipi di escursione. Parcheggio incluso, colazione inclusa, buffet molto buono ricco di prodotti della zona. Non troppo lontano da Bolzano se si vuole fare una passeggiata in città.

Mancano i biglietti da visita della struttura disponibili al desk. Li avrei voluti dare agli amici al rientro dalle vacanze per consigliargli l'hotel!

Ottimi i servizi e i proprietari

La camera spaziosa e ben arredata in modo semplice ed elegante , il letto comodissimo e grande, l'ottima colazione servita in balcone e la piscina che, visto il caldo, si è dimostrata un gran sollievo. Favolosi i proprietari, disponibili e gentili, sempre presenti e accoglienti.

Considerato che la luce mi tiene sveglia e non ho potuto tenere le finestre aperte, la mancanza dell'aria condizionata è stata per noi un disagio. La biancheria del bagno potrebbe essere rinnovata, ma ho avuto la buona impressione che un passo alla volta si stiano rimodernando

très belle étape proche de bolzena, parfaite pour une nuit au calme.

excellent petit déjeuner, hotel tr ès calme,trés bonne étape sur notre route. literie confortable, personnel attentionné. belles prestations de menuiseries dans la chambre, avec des matériaux de qualité. un seul regret: pas de consommables dans la chambre (dosette nescafé,thé, bouilloire, tasses, bouteille d'eau, etc.)
