Breakfast was added when we arrived, lovely location and very tasty continental breakfast.

Only problem was paying for our additional breakfast it was all cash payments and we generally do not carry cash just card.

Uncomfortable room, uncomfortable owner, great location

great location, nice building and bathroom

Upon arrival we were not particularly welcomed, owner didn’t address us by name at all, didn’t know our room or length of stay and there was no basic information provided as is typical in a stay. Fair enough no air conditioning, but not even a fan in the room with 34 degree heat. No soap or toiletries provided. Owner did not indicate how to get in touch, and when looked for and found someone else we were scolded for talking to that person. No English spoken, but no attempt to slow down in German - spoken to like naughty children.

A stay to forget

Spacious apartment in the middle of the wine route. Lots of green scenery. Not easy to find though at night.

Would not stay again nor recommend. We booked a triple bedroom for two days. Three days before the stay, a friend of mine had an health problem hence the guests became two instead of three. I called the owner to alert them and ask to have a room for two and relative pricing. She said that the apartment would have stayed the same but advised to talk in person to define a correct compensation. On the day of arrival, we asked for such compensation but we were abruptly told that no compensation was available, and offered a coffee the next morning in exchange of the 82€ the third guest should have paid. We hence told we would act through Booking for a compensation (which unfortunately brought nowhere as the owner refused any compensation again). In any case, room and bathroom were prepared only for two people, which is a sign that the owner and we also found the apartment dirty: hair and dead insects on the bathroom floor, breadcrumbs on the kitchen table/chairs/floor. Definitely what you would not expect in Covid period and what is listed as cleanliness practices followed by the property. Finally, the very first night of our two night stay we were not provided with any soap in the bathroom, and toilet paper was not enough for out stay, which made us ask for more.

Die Lage vom Haus mitten im Weinberg war sehr schön und entspannend, Vermieter sehr freundlich.

Klimaanlage in der Ferienwohnung , Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber, Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend .

Das Badezimmer war etwas zu klein.

3-Sterne Übernachtung.

Sehr gepflegtes Haus und sauber mit sehr netten Vermietern. Perfekt zu erreichen und privater, teil -überdachter Parkplatz. Inmitten von Weinbergen, sehr idyllisch und ruhig. Neues Badezimmer. Sehr gutes WLAN.

Leider wurde nur das Bad renoviert. Die Küche stammt aus den 70ern? Schwacher Wasserdruck in der Dusche am Morgen und das Wasser war gut lauwarm. Wer also gern heiß duscht, wird enttäuscht.

Ruhig und idyllisch gelegen - gleichzeitig gut gelegen für Bozen und Weinstraße

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und idyllisch zwischen Weinreben und Obstbäumen. Man ist dennoch schnell in Bozen oder an der Weinstraße. Wanderungen z.B. zu den 3 Burgen (u.a. Hocheppan mit Tipp "Knödel essen !") vom Haus aus möglich. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten am Haus.

Logement agréable pour visiter les dolomites

Nous avons passé trois nuits dans ce logement. Il était bien placé pour visiter les dolomites. Un guestpass est fourni pour les transports locaux mais nous ne l'avons pas utilisé. Le parking couvert inclus est pratique quand on est en voiture. L'environnement du logement est très mignon avec les vergers et les montagnes.

Nous avons moins aimé la literie avec deux matelas collés et deux couettes individuelles. Aussi, il y avait moins d'un demi rouleau de papier toilette. Autre petite remarque, sur booking nous avions sélectionné un appartement et à notre arrivée on nous a installés dans un autre. Ce n'était pas gênant car très similaire mais un peu surprenant.

Etablissement typique de qualité, personnel sympathique, très bonne adresse !!

niché près de Bolzano, maison typique du Sud Tyrol, nous avons apprécié la gentillesse des personnes qui nous ont reçu. Propre, calme, au milieu des cultures, avec un panorama superbe (je recommande les couchers de soleil sur la terrasse), nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, je recommande ;-)

Een prachtige locatie om de Dolomieten te verkennen

Het is een mooi gerenoveerd huis met meerdere appartementen en kamers. Wij zaten in een 2 persoonskamer met uitzicht op de wijnvelden en bergen. Echt prachtig! De eigenaren zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam wat betreft tips voor uitjes in de omgeving en plekken waar je kan eten. Het ontbijt was prima. Je zit op 10 minuten rijden van Bolzano.

Sur la region: La culture intensive des pommes, avec leurs filets de protection contre la grêle et les oiseaux a perte de vue, est qd même une vie impressionnante, mais assez dégradante, esthétiquement. Après, les viticulteurs qui arrosent leurs vignes en plein soleil, n'est pas non plus ce qu'il y a de mieux La région a un emplacement exceptionnel, et devrait préserver ses ressources

Familär mit liebe geführte Unterkunft. Sollten wir noch mal eine Route entlang von Bozen haben, werden wir versuchen hie

Die Lage des Hauses, welche als erstes aufgefallen ist, war super… Umgeben von Weinreben und Apfelbäumen, einfach fantastisch. Die Eigentümerin kam uns direkt freundlich entgegen und wir fühlten uns als Gäste sehr willkommen. Auch der Mann des Hauses hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und das Bad wurde wohl erst renoviert und war sehr schön und geräumig. Das Frühstück wurde mit liebe draußen mit Sicht auf all die Obstplantagen angerichtet und war reichlich vorhanden. Leider konnten wir gar nicht alles essen, was wir gern gegessen hätten. Diese Unterkunft und die Betreiber sind wärmstens zu empfehlen.

Perfekter Aufenthalt in den schönen Weinbergen!

Super nette Gastgeber, welche extrem bemüht und aufmerksam sind. Das Frühstück war spitze! Zimmer sind sehr schön und das Haus befindet sich in einer schönen Weinregion, von welcher man zahlreiche Aktivitäten in Südtirol leicht erreichen kann.

Unser Aufenthalt im Haus Stolz war perfekt. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles wird mit Liebe und Leidenschaft hergerichtet. Das Frühstück wurde uns sogar im Zimmer serviert. Der Hauswein war super lecker. Alles war wirklich perfekt - Sauberkeit, Lage, Ausblick und die Kommunikation. Wir kommen wieder - versprochen.
