Great views of the lake. Lovely finishing touches - bag of tea/coffee etc. Great hot tub! Everything you could possibly need was there. Great info provided by owner

The caravan was lovely, beds were comfortable, the hot tub was very good (one side of jets not working), everything you needed. The people were extremely good at communicating.
The site itself is clean and very nice. We found it to be very expensive site (not the accommodation). we were told activities should be booked 21 days prior to visiting, and we went away at the last minute.
We wish we hadn't booked guest passes. This is literally admission fees activities are extra.

Spacious, clean, and a great location, especially if you like to see jets, close to Coningsby. Plenty of places locally if you need to stock up the fridge, butchers, morrisons, coop, fresh bakery, takeaways if you dont want to cook, National Trust castle on the doorstep. The owner was helpful and friendly.
Having to pay extra for passes to access facilities on site . So anything from £80 upwards to gain access to facilities then, for example, the aqapark is £23 per person. So can soon add up. Depending on what you fancy doing there.
I'm not sure why these passes are not included.
A mop would be handy to have for the lino area,

The property is in an ideal location, especially if visiting with children, very safe area for children to play outside. In view of the lovely lake without compromising privacy, we found ideal when using the Hottub.
Lovely area you are to walk to all the main facilities from the property, and also enjoy the peacefulness of the lake.
The property is well looked after, a lot of space for our family, with access to internet and modern tv. There was also lovely home touches, toys, books, DVD’s to hand also. Bedding provided, along with hand towels. Plenty of kitchen items to ease your stay, making it easy to make a home cooked meal. Kitchen area has a full size fridge & freezer - as a mum I found this very useful.
Communication was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble from start to finish of our stay. I found them very prompt and on the ball with communication.

The property was nice and comfy, with bedding and towels which was great. The hot tub was excellent and maintained every day to make sure it was safe. Tattershall lakes was fabulous, so much to do and see.
The van had WiFi which was great, all the crockery, knives etc you could need. Toys for the little ones and a tv in the master bedroom too.
Owner was really lovely and accommodating and sent loads of advice prior to our stay and was good at getting back quickly.
It was getting a little tired and needed some tlc. Some simple things like descaling the shower head and taps, a good dust, new duvets and pillows (ones that were on were ripped and stained, I know as you are asked to strip the bedding before you leave)
The toilets were left with poop stains in them when we arrived which I did flag to the owner.
The outdoor furniture had rotted sadly and two of the chairs were broken.
It just needs a refresh and it will be even better than it is now.

I had some issues with the hot tub, I messaged the host and they were so quick and supportive and were able to get it sorted for me.
No issues with the bedrooms or other facilities.
Dog Hair!!
It was everywhere especially in the lounge area, I am pretty sure it hasnt been hoovered well in a long time.
The blankets in the lounge were not washed and smelt like dog, they had dog hair on them and were dirty.
We had balloons for my daughters birthday and they ended up covered in dog hair straight away.
Half drank bottle of coke was found under one of the beds on the first night, which shows that the cleaning standard is not very good.

great location, nice hot tub, very clean, and all you want in the kitchen, tall fridge freezer. Local pub and Chip shop are great just under a mile away.
Passes cost £80 for a few days, very over priced. We didn't pay but asked for a day pass, the staff at the resort was very rude to us and said you need to book via your booking agency. We thought at least we could get a day pass to check the place out more. It's not put us off returning!

Had a great 3 night stay here , location is in a lovely quiet park of the park . Check in was quick and easy with key code lock . Very comfortable and homely accommodation, extremely spacious and everything you need is provided .
Hot tub was great and a shout out to the super friendly hot tub maintenance guy ! Beds were comfy and no problem getting a good nights sleep. Our 3rd visit to tattershall lakes and this was the nicest lodge / van we’ve stayed in .

Quiet location which wasn't too far from facilities. It seems quite a way but it took about 20 mins for us to walk with a 3-year old! Caravan was very clean and had lots of helpful extras like washing up liquid etc. Internet was good, oven cooked quickly and nice large living area with a big sofa. Our dog loved watching the geese from the decking area 😀 . The Typhoons were great to watch, we checked the Coningsby Spotters Facebook page to see when they would be flying which was really helpful (we also checked dates for night flying beforehand!). We were lucky enough to see them practicing for a display and didn't disturb us at all, although they are very loud.
We found the bed in the main bedroom really hard, but that's personal preference. We said that some screening around the hot tub area would be good so it felt a bit more private.

Very clean. Shame it was far from the facilities. Fire jets were a little annoying when trying to relax I'm the hot tub. Caravan lovely couldn't fault it. Lauren very helpful and responded straightaway very impressed. Not impressed with facilities, pool very small. Not impressed having to pay £80 for guest passes to get into the main entrance. If i knee pool was small and restaurant food not great I wouldn't of had them. Won't be going back unfortunately but nothing against the Caravan and owner at all

Cooked our own breakfast. Pleasant but very large site. On first day out took 15 minutes to find our way. Signage poor and confusing as it all looks very similar. Sight map very small to read. Got used to it after a couple of day’s exploring though.
Signs and directions. Club membership expensive for 4 days so didn’t bother. It looked nice though as we had a tour around facilities. Two lifts I used not working and got stuck in one for 25 minutes (Bad knees and hip). We was told drinks in on site club are very expensive. So used local pubs. Recommend the White Bull (excellent food) even though pub was a bit scruffy.

Warm comfy caravan in a great spot away from the facilities so nice and quiet (apart from the planes)....especially liked the welcome pack with abit of everything in it. Made friends with the wildlife (a lovely little brown duck) saw the lancaster bomber which was amazing
Planes flying late at night which isn't every week so will look into next time

If I had to comment it would be that bath sheets rather than bath towels would be better

The view was great.
Charging £80 for 6 people to use the facilities. We only wanted to use the bar. The mobile home to far from facilities and no pavement to walk on and badly lit roads. The mobile home was dirty which they charged me £40 for cleaning so when I complained to owner she offered me my £40 back but not recieved and her mobile phone is unavailable. It had 2 toilets but they only provided 1 toilet roll, bathroom soap was actually water and just enough washing up liquid for 1 wash, so we couldn't get in til 4pm the time we unpacked it was dark then had to go to shop for basic provisions that we expected to be there. Very disappointing experience sorry can't recommend.
