Very comfortable, well appointed apartment in central location.

Central location. Clean, very comfortable beds and very good communication from host prior to arrival. Free parking on site. We will return.

Home from Home Claremont

Home from Home could not have been more helpful when we got stuck in Aberdeen, needing a car parking space and pet friendly at short notice. The flat has everything in it that you could need and also the little bits that you usually end up having to buy, kitchen roll, more loo rolls, cooking oil etc.. beds were comfy, everything worked, plenty of space for a family of 4 with a kitten. It's easy enough to find and a very short drive down to Union Square. Elaine goes out her way to help and ensure you have a good stay, accommodated every request that we had, from early check in - she messaged as soon as the apartment had been cleaned to say it was available (free). Allowed a kitten though we did have a crate to keep it in check (£20) and late check out at a reduced overnight rate as we were till nearly 6pm.

Area doesn't seem like the best, but that is most likely down to the era that the place was built. External area of the flats were well kept, clean and maintained.

Brilliant

Air BNB no breakfast - but the basics provided teabags and coffee and cooking facilities with all cutlery etc.

Near city centre - easy to get to and from. Has local buses outside the flat. Lovely greenary walkway. Flat immaculate. Very friendly host.

Amazing 10 days in Aberdeen

Great location, close to city center, yet quiet and good distance to the park. The storm Floris made its mark outside, but completely quiet in the flat so slept through it. Esthetically really nice in the flat, very clean. Enough hot water for all family members to shower. Extra plus that you could easily adjust the temperature in the flat. Really comfortable beds and couch. The layout of the flat is good. Did not miss any facilities and had no problem finding things. Loved the spacious kitchen and living room! Great communication with the host. The private parking was also a big plus. Would definitely stay at the same place again and recommend it for others!

There were clear instructions for fire and was a fire extinguisher there which was good, but would also have liked a fire rope.

Great stay in Aberdeen

Comfortable and clean apartment with all amenities needed for our 4 night stay in Aberdeen. In a great location for exploring the city and surrounding areas. Aberdeen centre is in walking distance but there is also a bus stop right outside the door with efficient service. Parking space was really useful and only a short drive to ring road for heading out of the city north or south.

Would give this 9/10 but the uncomfortable mattresses and sofas made me lower the rating by 50%

Location, cleanliness, well equipped kitchen, bright and roomy. Great wifi

I don’t think I have ever slept on a more uncomfortable bed. And I camp in tents. The bedding was high quality but the pillows were lumpy and I felt every coil spring in the mattress. The other beds my kids slept on in the second bedroom were only marginally better. Investing in memory foam mattress toppers for all the beds would go a long way. The sofas in the living room - again - extremely uncomfortable. The seat cushions no longer had any support. If you sat on the sofa that opened up into a bed, you would feel all the metal bar framework for the bed through the seat cushion.

Perfect base for our trip!

Location was perfect and lots of places to eat/buy shopping locally! Felt secure and clean and tidy. Excellent facilities within the flat, would book again!

We had a lovely time celebrating my sons 18th Birthday.

Location was perfect - 10 mins from sons student accommodation. Not far from parks for the dog too and there was a dog friendly cafe nearby.

Light in stairwell 3rd floor was not working. Otherwise everything was just what we needed. Would have liked to stay longer.
