Modern apartment 25 minutes walk from centre
Nice modern apartment with good kitchen and balcony. Parking on site. Excellent self check in access.
No aircon, so it was hot when we arrived and the shutters were open (full sun). Balcony shutter broken. Not really 5 minutes from city centre, more like 25 minutes walk.

New décoration, Like the pics
horrible beds, not clean sheets and towels . Check in at 5pm , and check out at 10am. should have charged a lot less for that . contact available not welcoming and didnt have patient to explain How to find the keys

A beautiful stylish apartment where we found everything we needed. A beautiful panorama.The city center is easily accessible on foot. Friendly, helpful hosts. Really we want to go back.

Very good wifi. Comfortable kitchen just it could use new pans.
We had to sleep separately as bed was not suitable for two people (and we are not that big), which was a bummer. Sink in the bathroom did not drain any water.

Teleurstellend en niet geschikt voor 3 personen
- Inchecken erg makkelijk door sleutelkluis bij de deur - Accomodatie is op loopafstand (20 min) van het centrum van Annecy - Parkeren op eigen terrein van de accomodatie
- Het extra bed in de woonkamer (de slaapbank) is in een erg slechte staat en niet geschikt om iemand op te laten slapen. Hierdoor is de accomodatie in feite maar geschikt voor 2 personen. - 2 persoonsbed is een smal bed - De accomodatie heeft geen airconditioning en gebruikt ventilatoren voor de verkoeling. 's Nachts een raam open laten ter verkoeling is lastig doordat er behoorlijk veel verkeerslawaai is.
