The apartment is fairly spacious and in a great location, with a private parking spot in a secured area. We didn’t meet the host in person, but communication was easy and reliable.
However, the apartment needs better upkeep. The kitchen is worn and not very clean, there was old food in the freezer, some blinds didn’t work, the bathroom sink drained poorly, and the shower was leaking. It’s fine for a short stay, but anything longer would feel like a compromise.

Logement idéalement placé. La présence de radiateurs d'appoint pour pallier au manque d'efficacité du chauffage collectif est une attention que nous avons particulièrement appréciée. Le logement est bien agencé.
Le convertible est en très mauvais état. Pas convenable pour faire dormir 2 enfants. Très inconfortable. La couette allant avec ce couchage était crasseuse au point que nous ne l'avons pas utilisée Le lave linge est un vrai plus, mais sans étendoir c'est difficile de faire sécher le linge. La propreté globale est correcte dans l'ensemble, mais c'est tout juste.. Manque de prises électriques dans la chambre
