We had a lovely stay in this clean and comfortable apartment in a quiet area but close to everything we needed.

Amazing. Definitely worth another visit.

Great location. 15 mins walk from family. Gated property. Secure parking. Very warm and welcoming. Amazingly comfy bed. Very clean and tidy. Lovely welcome pack. Fenella very helpful.

Maybe another sofa to add comfort to the living room. Not able to watch usual channels on the TV. Internet connection not consistently working.

Fantastic time in Ripon

Second time at this beautiful apartment and it won't be the last. Our last visit was April 2024 and it was brilliant to see the high standard has been maintained. It has everything you could need including on site parking. The bed is very comfortable and there was an excellent welcome pack. Big shout out to the cleaning team who do an excellent job and Fenella for communication. Central but very quiet.

Fabulous Apartment

We were kept very well informed with detailed directions, access arrangements and general information. All of this was extremely helpful. A lovely basket of local treats had been left in the apartment for us, a most welcoming touch. Parking was provided , the apartment was spacious, very well equipped , spotless and well presented with a modern open plan kitchen/ living room area. Our bedroom was also of a good size, very comfortable and had plenty of storage space for clothes etc.

Exellent ! Modern & in town .

The Decor / furnishings/ bedding etc are all high quality and it felt like you was staying in a hotel , but with the added extra of more space . The bathroom and kitchen is very modern . Considering it’s near town it’s nice and quiet , you can hear the cathedral bells but not loud.

It’s very hard to fault this place but if there was one thing that may help it become 10/10 rather than 9.7 it would be that it needs 2 x very comfortable sofas to encourage you to stay in . We used the bed to relax on while having our only night in .

It was self catering. The appartment was amazing very clean indeed and an excellent location. The appartment had every amenity you could possibly want. A lovely welcome basket was also provided. I would give a five star rating and wouldn’t hesitate to re-book. Many thanks a fantastic break.

If I has to state only one thing I would have liked the internet to work a little better. That been said it is a break and I am not one for allways been on my phone. I only say this for work purposes.

The apartment was very clean and in a great location off the Market Square. It has all the facilities you could wish for and the appliances plus the linen are all top quality. We definitely will think of returning. Thank you.

Perfect apartment close to Ripon’s historic and interesting centre

If you are visiting Ripon this apartment is a great find. It is within four minutes walk of the market square and includes secure and free off street car parking. The apartment itself is on the first floor of a small six-apartment block. It is spacious, comfortable, clean, quiet and very well set up for anyone staying there, especially in terms of kitchen and laundry facilities. The basket of local produce left for us by host Fenella provided a warm welcome to the apartment and she is an excellent communicator who is keen to ensure our stay was as pleasant as possible. Being close to the town centre there are a variety of shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants to choose from, as well as the historic and scenic attractions that make Ripon such an interesting place to visit. It is also close to Harrogate, Knaresborough and York and the Yorkshire Dales National Park.

Perfect getaway

Lovely apartment absolutely spotless inside, very comfy bed and a little welcome basket with goodies. The apartment is right in the centre of Ripon short walk to the cathedral, pubs and local restraunts. Minor issue with a message not going through from booking.com, not the hosts fault but this was very quickly rectified by the host.

Fabulous sunny weekend in exceptional apartment

Spacious, clean, comfortable, huge bed, great kitchen facilities, a shower that delivers, great location 2 minutes walk to the centre . All in all exactly as described, with clear communication around all arrangements.

The only issue we encountered was problems with the Wi-Fi - unfortunately this was a BT issue that couldn’t be rectified as it was the weekend. However, this was not something the owner could control.
