The appartment was beautifully presented in a fabulous location. Steve was fantastic and was easy to reach when we needed support.
The stairs are difficult if you are not good on your legs as are little steap. The TV didnt work and the heating isnt very good. Its on a timer and automatically goes off. We did have to sit with coats on at times. The parking is included but on the first day we couldnt park up as someone was in it which meant we had to pay and park in Sainsburys.

The location was spot on. It was super clean and really well decorated. The parking details were good and easy to follow. Overall we enjoyed our stay it was the first time we had stayed anywhere other than a hotel.
The heating took a while to warm the rooms it wouldnt be a problem in summer but it was freezing when we went and it took ages to warm up. We also couldn't figure out how to get hot water. There was also a little rust on one of the bathroom towel warmers and the toilet brush was failing apart in the downstairs ensuite and slightly rusted. I did expect there to be some information about the house and how to use certain things and information about the local area but we couldn't find anything.

Excellent location in the town centre, very quiet. Property was modern and clean and the layout with 2 ensuites was perfect for our party of 2 couples. Instructions and videos on accessing the property and parking were very clear.
- Steep stairs to get up to the property, which were slippery as it was raining. Wouldn't suit all, especially with luggage.
- The heating, or lack of,was a real issue. Arrived to find all wall heaters set to 7 degrees. It was freezing. The heating is controlled remotely by the owner and is on a timer- it can only be adjusted during these short set times, and the controls are locked at all other times Got into bed at 11pm fully clothed and still freezing. Had to message the owner at 11pm to ask for the system to be unlocked so we could put the heating back on. I don't think it's unreasonable for someone renting your property to be able to control the temperature, and not have it turned down remotely every time you put the temperature up to get warm.

The property itself was lovely and clean.
Kitchen and lounge windows would not open so we had to leave front door open to gain fresh air. The beds were not comfortable, too soft. Main bedroom skylights could do with blinds as both mornings we woke at approx 5am due to light coming through. Building work next door was noisy. Outside area not really suitable for children.
