位置优越，空间宽敞，卫生条件很不错，浴室很好。

没有微波炉有点可惜，双人床的一侧有点塌了，该换了。楼梯很窄，对大件行李不友好，腿脚不便的人需要注意。

Great location. Ability to close living room off makes it great for two couples sharing each having private bedrooms at night.

Will stay again and recommend to others.

Fantastic facilities, property staff very helpful & awesome location for our family of 2 adults & 2 teenagers. We walked to Buckingham Palace , Big Ben Covent Garden tube station less than 5 minutes walk Comfy bed , sofa bed & hot showers

Nothing in particular

the wifi and the AC in the bedroom did not work. Worse, when we brought these problems to the management/owner they failed to address them! also, there is a lot of street noise in the unit. this is a problem at night, especially in the early morning hours. additionally, there is major construction on a large building across the street and we awoke to jack hammering several mornings finally, the stair case is narrow, steep and long. 47 steps to 2nd floor unit, with 3 tight turns. difficult with luggage and not suitable for elderly.

it was apparent based upon how management/owner told us to “fix” bedroom AC that it was a long-standing problem. the fox reset the AC, but it only ran for one cycle and then broke again. the fix was not simple so it didn’t really work!
