Nice hotel, big room and had everything you needed. It was a 15 minute walk to Konak centre.
Bed and bedding was not great, needed a duvet or blankets rather than just a sheet. Breakfast was included that looked nice but the timings didn’t work for the tours so we didn’t get to sample unfortunately.

Location is good.
Smokeless room was smelling full of smoke. You shouldn't allow smoking on smokeless room.

I really liked the location. It was very central, and being close to everything was a big advantage. The room was quite clean, and well equiped. Breakfast was also good and satisfying.
One downside was that my room was on the first floor, so I could sometimes hear noise from the reception/lobby area. However, the most disturbing issue happened in the evening when someone opened my room door. Another guest had been given a key card for the same room. This is a serious mistake that should never happen, and the reception staff should be more careful.
