The room size is good, the bed is comfortable, the shower is good, the WiFi works properly, the staff is kind and helpful and the breakfast is a nice buffet with an interesting food variety. There is a valet for parking. There is a great park (Kültürpark) located only five minutes on foot to the hotel, which is an extra positive point.
Although the location in the Konak district is convenient and the hotel is just 15min on foot to the Clock Tower, at night the surroundings of the hotel aren't the best. I wouldn't say it's unsafe, however the area at night looks a bit rundown, therefore some travellers (specially lonely women) can feel a bit uncomfortable to walk around at night.

I really liked the location. It was very central, and being close to everything was a big advantage. The room was quite clean, and well equiped. Breakfast was also good and satisfying.
One downside was that my room was on the first floor, so I could sometimes hear noise from the reception/lobby area. However, the most disturbing issue happened in the evening when someone opened my room door. Another guest had been given a key card for the same room. This is a serious mistake that should never happen, and the reception staff should be more careful.
